Variety & Balance
A varied diet is crucial for your dog’s health. Different proteins supply diverse nutritional values essential for a well-rounded diet. Our products, include 80/10/10 and 80/20 with Veg ranges, are formulated to simplify your life while ensuring your dog gets the right balance of nutrients. These products consist of 80% meat, 10% bone, 5% liver, and 5% other secreting organs such as kidney, spleen, or testicles, providing a perfect blend of nutrients.
Bone & Dental Health
Raw bones are an excellent addition to your dog’s diet, promoting dental hygiene and providing a satisfying chew. Choosing the right size and hardness based on your dog’s age and dental strength. Meaty bones like wings and necks are ideal for introducing bone content to meals.
Remember, never feed cooked bones as they can splinter and cause harm, and always supervise your dog during chew sessions.
Fruit & Vegetables
The inclusion of fruits and vegetables is optional to your dog’s diet and can help add essential nutrients and minerals. However, ensure that these are crushed or pulverised for proper digestion. Safe options include broccoli, spinach, carrots, blackberries, and cranberries.
Avoid onions, grapes, raisins, walnuts, avocados, and chocolate, as these can be harmful to dogs.
Handling & Storage
Our raw dog food is delivered frozen for freshness. Store it in your freezer, and defrost portions in the fridge as needed, using them within relevant timescale (please see product packaging).
Feeding Quantities
Adult dogs should generally consume about 2-3% of their ideal body weight daily. Adjust this amount based on your pet’s activity level and health needs. Always ensure food is served at a safe, edible temperature and handle all dog food with care. Wash your hands, surfaces, and your dog’s bowls after each feeding.
Puppies
Our range is suitable for puppies too. We offer a Complete Puppy range that includes additional health supplements and is processed through a finer mincer to suit smaller mouths. Always check for larger bone pieces when feeding younger dogs.
